Djinee, the afro urban music sensation with a captivating tenor and a soft rock edge
Known for his 2005 hit “Ego” and versatile tracks like “Lade,” “I No Dey Shame,” and 2010’s street/club anthem “Overkilling,” Djinee’s self-titled album and 2013 singles “Wonder,” “Alright,” and “On Me” showcased his global appeal.
In 2016, Djinee returned to his acoustic roots with “Shoutout to My Lover,” produced by Cobhams Asuquo. After a life-threatening accident in 2018, he made a resilient comeback with “Stay” in 2019, followed by hits “Pamper You” and its remix featuring MI and Immaculate.
