Meet Djinee, the urban music sensation with a captivating tenor and a soft rock edge. Winning hearts with his 2005 hit “Ego,” Djinee showcased vocal prowess in tracks like “Lade” and “I No Dey Shame.” His 2010 hit “Overkilling” revealed a diverse musical palette. The self-titled album “DJINEE” and later singles “Wonder,” “Alright,” and “On Me” released in 2013, demonstrated his global appeal.

In 2016, Djinee returned to his acoustic roots with “Shoutout to My Lover,” produced by the genius Cobhams Asuquo. After a hiatus due to a life-threatening accident in 2018, Djinee bounced back with resilience, releasing “Stay” in 2019. 2020 and 2021 brought hits like “Pamper You” and its remix featuring MI and Immaculate.

Finally, in October 2023, Djinee unveiled his highly anticipated sophomore album, “BLACK MAVERICK.” A 13-year journey of highs, lows, triumphs, and losses, it stands as a testament to Africa’s most enchanting voice—unique, brilliant, and unwavering.
